Class Descriptions

 

 

  A class designed to specifically target the glutes and abs. So if you want a toned posterior and chiseled core, this is the class for you!
 

 

  We are bringing back old school aerobics and music in this fun and energetic class.
 

 

  Afterburn effect is a circuit based exercise class, combining weight based exercises with minimal amounts of rest periods to challenge the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system, improving strength and shredding body fat at the same time.
 

 

  - stands for As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible. A combination of body weight and resistance exercises done to a set time. Designed for stripping fat, increasing fitness and overall body conditioning. This workout structure will push you to your max.
 

 

  Arc Attack will take place in the main gym on our state of the art Arc Trainers. We will be pushing your cardio to the limit which will improve your fitness and burn those unwanted calories.
 

 

  Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
 

 

  Squat, lunge, squeeze and jump. This class will seriously whoop your ass to give you buns of steel and thighs of iron.
 

 

  Barbell Sculpt is a weights class for all levels. It will focus on all muscle groups giving you a full body sculpting and toning workout.
 

 

  A full body workout for toning, shaping and strength that incorporates body weight exercises, barbells, kettlebells and other items of resistance. Target every major muscle and go full on beast mode for the next 30 minutes. Unleash the animal within!
 

 

  Beat Box is a combat inspired fitness class. The workout involves punching and kicking a free-standing punch bag to motivational, highly energetic strongly motivational music. Workouts are fun, effective, easy to follow and suitable for all.
 

 

  A top-to-toe workout offering all different types of movements throughout, including cardio, HIIT and weighted exercises. This workout will challenge your musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system whilst improving strength and shredding body fat.
